Shipping Policy

Please verify the address entered is correct. Vegan Hippie Sol will NOT be responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. You will be responsible for all fees if the products need to be shipped out again due to address mistakes.

Due to COVID-19 & inclement weather, please expect shipping/tracking delays. We are working as fast as we can to process orders in the order they are received. Please allow an additional 7 days for processing and shipping due to COVID-19. All sales are final and we do NOT offer any refunds, but we will replace an item if damaged by USPS. Must provide proof of damaged item for a replacement.

 

Once the package is with USPS, it is out of our hands and we will no longer be able to provide additional updates outside of the tracking number. Please expect delays due to COVID-19. Thank you for your support!
